The Woolum family tradition in real estate started back in the Sixties when M.Terry and Norma Woolum opened the first real estate business in Versailles from their home office. With a farming and banking background, this was a perfect fit and a needed service for the community. In 1981 Steve joined the business, with Mike following in 1985. In the last few years we became a 3rd generation company with the addition of brokers Andrea Cumberworth and Olivia Welch.
Since that time, the real estate industry and our business have seen lots of changes – the MLS, cutting edge technology, appraisal services and multi-parcel real estate auctioning as a specialty.
